If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unworn condition.

• Full refund within 7 days of receipt.

• Exchange or credit note within 14 days.

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds are issued using the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Custom commissions, personalised work and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Repairs

Jewellery received damaged or faulty will be repaired free of charge.

For repairs resulting from wear, accidental damage or resizing, please get in touch with photographs if possible. I'll provide an estimate before any work begins.

Caring for your jewellery

Each piece is handmade and designed to be worn and enjoyed for many years. A little care will help preserve its finish and character.

• Remove jewellery before sleeping, swimming or strenuous activity.

• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and household chemicals.

• Store pieces separately to prevent scratching.

• Fasten chains before storing to avoid tangling.

• Use a specialist polishing cloth where appropriate.

Oxidised silver

Many of my pieces are intentionally oxidised to create depth and contrast.

Over time the darkened surface will naturally wear on areas of contact, revealing the silver beneath. This gentle change is part of the life of the piece and gives each work its own unique character.

Avoid using silver dips or polishing cloths on oxidised areas, as these will remove the patina. If you would like a piece professionally re-oxidised in the future, please get in touch.
